Spent whole day cycling in woods today. I was supposed to take pictures of birds but unfortunately this sanctuary at my native place is still on a constant decline towards losing habitat.

But good thing after years they are doing some efforts to bring water and habitat back to the forest & trying to redirect water from nearby river using solar powered water pumps.

Not more than 5 years back, i remember all lakes here completely invaded by migratory birds giving us a beautiful experience to watch them fly together and hear them making noise. And this time, i couldn’t spot a single huge group of them to stalk.

Anyway, here are few ( highly photoshoped ) pictures. And also, i managed to record few sound samples of leaves and little birds chirping. Going to use them in a soundscape i may share tomorrow : )
